  2. http://ethmar.com/ethan/food_drink/recip...

This will show you by pictures step by step how to do it. Very easy. Just need some foil.

  3. I do as I buy a bag of peeled garlic clove, 5 pounds at a time, I am a former chef and just toss them in some oil a dash of salt and wrap them in foil a pouch like package and roast them at 350 d F for 30 minutes, then mash or use them in sauces or what ever you like and the keep so do a few extra.

  4. yes you can but it is better if you slice the top off the whole bunch and drissle a little oil over, then you can squeese out the garlic when cooled slightly

  5. Yes...just use a little (very little) olive oil to moisten.

  6. It's better to just roast the whole head of garlic. It's better flavor. Let it cool (or if you're daring do it while it's hot) and take off individual cloves from there.
