Can you roll up dried shisha and smoke it?

If you set out shisha to dry...would you then be able to roll it up like a joint and smoke it?

Don't do that, smoking lots of it can kill you the first time you try it, but if you break it up and put it in the joint bits, of it, it will work. but to answer your question yes you can but there is a better way then letting sit out to dry.

add a little honey to it
