Can you run a CD player off a 12 volt power-wheels battery?

I'm wanting to install a CD player in my go kart, and i have a rechargeable power-wheels battery laying around. So i wanted to know if i could run a CD player off it, and for how long would it stay running before i had to charge it again?

yes you can. fully charged about an hour maybe. with the volume moderatly adjusted.  also you will want to look into buying a marine box for the hu like for a boat just incase you still want to play in the rain with your cart. thats how they do the 4 wheelers around here it works pretty good to.
