Can you run race fuel with a high compression piston?

  1. You will no doubt NEED to run high octane fuel.

    Your best bet would be to start at 100 oc and work up untill you get the right level.

  4. You have to use race fuel with a high compression engine or you will have a lot of complications whoever your talking to is pretty dumb so I wouldn't listen to them say anything about motorcycles

  5. high compression engines need higher octane fuel.

    and most racing fuel is more than 100 octane

    so whoever you are talking to is an ****

    cause if you take a car with a compression ratio of say 8.1 it only needs regular unleaded

    but once you get into things like 13 and above the need for higher octane fuel is nessearcy

  6. Were you talking to someone drunk? That's the point of high octane fuel. For higher compression pistons.
