Can you safely chew the stride gum wrappers?

yes, you can, seeing as how it's paper, and the combination or your saliva and the stride itself would make it disolve, but as far as the medical things go, once of twice isnt going to hurt you, but doing it every single time you pop some stride into your mouth might cause some problems later on down the road...it is quite a good gum brand, tho. :)

They're a plastic/paper combination, so you won't die, but it isn't quite all that healthy.
