I recently use a tool for backup DVD named Pavtube DVD Copy. It is ok to burn DVD to DVD. I have copied several DVD movies. The quality is good regardless of the sound, picture. Besides, the software can copy DVD disc to hard drive to backup your DVD movie disc to your PC. So I have no trouble to see the film with a DVD player. Of course I also can copy the DVD movies to a blank disc with it and give the copied DVD movies disc to my relatives and friends. Therefore, they can see the popular movies without buying them.
