Can you save an audacity file as an mp3??

i want to upload a recording i just made onto my brothers myspace music profile, but audacity will not allow me to save the file as an mp3! anyone know how to do this??

  1. Yes, you can. http://audacity.sourceforge.net/help/faq...

    Then you just export it. I can confirm, with experience, that this works. If you don't like lame, find another codec. But I doubt that is an issue.
