Can you search for a person under 18?

The person I'm looking for is under 18 years of age. If I look for him on a people finder, is it possible that he would turn up?

It's possible but your odds are much lower because usually they have to have an established address, telephone history, and credit history.  I'd say the majority of people under 18 don't have any of those things yet.

Yes I think so.. It's once they put someone into the records I think, but if they're born recently they probably won't be there

probably not. search for his parents. i still think it's idiotic how little people under 18 are given compared to those who are only a few years older.
