Click the above link. There you will find a box "Find people on Yahoo!". If you know the person's real name and want to know his E-mail then click on the blue down arrow, select "Real Name" and click "Find People".

I don't think you can unless they have an unusual name. And it's not just "Sarah". I typed in once someone's name in the search and I found a question by them.
