I've done this signal flow diagram for a television studio for an assignment and I was hoping that someone who knows what they are talking about could look over it and see if they think it is correct, and in a real life situation would there be any potential problems and how could you work around these? Thanks in advance....

  1. The vision mixer seems to not have an output!

    VTR REC has no input

  2. I can not even plug in the wii...sorry..it looks a little confusing..your smart..niecwah..love you..I will star hopefully some technical friends might be able to help

  3. Wow! Looks good I think.

Are the arrows indicating the direction of the signal the right way around from the "vision mixer" to the "PJM monitor" & the "Priv monitor"

Otherwise it all looks really, really, good, very impressive...x*x...

What about audio out, left & right channels from "VTR Play" to the "Audio mixer" or to the "Vision mixer"

I don't know much about the "Gen lock" I think it generates a time code that everything follows?

So should the time code already being put out by "VTR Play"

while in operation be output from "VTR Play" to "Gen Lock"

to synchronise everything to that pre-existing or pre-recorded signal?
