Can you see every pokemon in pokemon pearl without trading?

i want to transfer all my pokemons from my leaf green to my pokemon pearl. i heard that u need the national dex. so my Q is can you see every pokemon in pearl without trading or battling?

Yeah, it's possible.  If there's any pokemon that you didn't see yet, battle some trainers that you didn't battle.  They might have the pokemon you need to see.  If you need help finding any pokemon, just e-mail me and I'll tell you where to see it.  Hopefully I know where my guide is. :]

Yes you can, you need to beat the elite four and if you don't see everything look online.
