Can you see the baby's ovaries with 3D ultrasound?

No, the sound waves in a 3D ultrasound are not strong enough to view inside the skin, unlike those of a 2D u/s.  The 3D is actually a computer program that takes the movement it sees and reconfigures it to an image. Even in 2D it is very hard for a trained u/s tech to see ovaries as they are very tiny.

if its a girl there meant to be 2 black dots and those are the ovaries? thats what i was told

The babies ovaries, why??? I dont think so, i couldnt on mine.
