I've noticed that when there's mist, you can look through it when you're standing very close, but not from a distance.

Are clouds the same way?

  1. ah..no.when passing through clouds with an airplane you cant see a thing, its worse than driving through fog

  2. No, clouds completely envelop you. Maybe you're able to see a few metres, but that's stretching it.

  3. No

  4. not that i have done this myself but you can not see though a cloud when your in a plan

  5. I would say Yes and NO, depending on what type of cloud and how thick they are. The density of the cloud would depend on your being able to see through it.

  6. no, at least i couldnt. it pretty much just surrounds the plane

  7. To some degree.  It's just like being in a dense fog, since fog is simply a cloud on the ground.
