Sure.  Save it as an animated gif.  Save as a gif, and it will ask if you want to merge the layers or save as an animated gif.  Choose animated gif.  You may also want to optimize to save file space (also on the gif save screen.)

Unfortunately, there's no easy way to add audio to a gif image, as the spec is just designed for images.  You can export each frame as a separate image and import into a video program (like windows movie maker or Jahshaka) to synchronize audio.
