Can you send a broken wireless adapter into microsoft to fix it?

b/c i see on ebay all these AS-IS BROKEN wireless adapters and im wondering why anyone would buy a broken one.

and if you have a broken one is there anywhere you can send it to have it fixed

call 1-800-4MY-XBOX or 18004699269. this robot dude comes on and he asks u stuff then you tell him about accessories, then after a while he'll say do you want an agent? then talk to an agent and they replace it and stuff
