really old guy is there a site you got it from because i dont have personal on my phone i have sounds

The tone would need to be a .wav file. MP3s will not show on the selection drop down. If needs to be in the device \Windows\ folder. To set it as a text notification sound,

Settings

Personal

Sounds & Notifications (sounds must be enabled here)

Notifications

Event: Messaging: New text message (select the tone here)
