Can you set up wireless with a DSL Modem?? 10 points!?

My linksys wireless router isn't able to "pick up an internet connection". Why is that, when the cable connecting from my computer to the DSL modem is giving me a perfectly fine connection???? Is it possible to set up wireless with a DSL internet connection?!?!?

PLease help i'm really frustrated!!!!!!! 10 points for best answer!

  1. take the wire which is connected to the computer and connect it to the wireless and see if it works, make sure you plug it into the right port, DON'T ask your DSL provider to do this for you since they will charge more than what it's worth, it goes MODEM--->ROUTER (wireless router)--->COMPUTER


  2. It should work, you could always call Linksys for support.

    First, Unplug your router (and modem) for 10 seconds to reboot them.  Then reboot your computer(s).  You should be able to connect now if the wires are all hooked up right.

  3. You can get a wireless modem for your DSL connection.
