Can you share your experiences with the peace corps....?

Question

I am thinking about joining the peace corps after I graduate from college. Can anyone who has joined or knows someone who has joined the peace corps give me some information on their experiences? I want a lot of details like.....the country you volunteered in?, what was your "duty" while in that country?, what have you gained?, how has it changed your life?, etc

It really makes me sad to see no one answering your question. Are there really that few who volunteer their life for helping someone else? I say join the Peace Corps and go make a difference in this world for yourself and those whos life will benefit from yours.
