Can you shoot a Hummingbird?

Is it possible to shoot a Hummingbird with a gun? I'm listening to an argument about whether or not you can, so help?

Yes, it wouldn't be easy, and you'd need really small bullets otherwise there wouldn't be much left of the hummingbird

Not legally. It would be possible if you were a very good shot. The complication is the erratic flight pattern and small size of Hummingbirds.

Well, why wouldn't you? It might just be very difficult to actually hit one cause of how crazy they fly, and how small they are.

It's not like they have some amazing sheild type force that makes it impossible for them to get hit by a bullet.
