Yes,you can. I am using singnet and i, too, sign on to MSN IM with my singnet id and pass.

MSN allows users to create any sub name they want. for example, we can create [e-mail] as user name in MSN. Signing Up with such names can get you easy e-accounts in msn. and with that, you will not be able to sign in to yahoo/gmail /aol or something like that. Hope this helped

No, you can't.

You can sign up for an MSN account using a Yahoo email address, which makes your Yahoo email address your MSN username - but the passwords are handled separately.
