Is it possible to sleep while floating on one's back? Like in a backfloat? Not deep sleep necessarily, but is it possible to not sink?

  1. Yes, I always do. And that's how I meditate as well. If I fall asleep the cold water usually wakes me up. You must learn how to float.

  2. I am a good (and qualified) floater on back. But it never occurred to me to try to sleep for awhile in that position. Yes, of course, many minutes I keep my eyes shut to avoid direct sunlight, but it doesn't mean that it leads to get sleep. May be a temporary stage of sleeping is quite possible, but definitely not advisable to think to have a deep one.

Don't even try....its dangerous...but floating on back is a delight to experience.

  3. Yes, if you can get your mind comfortable enough to do it,

  4. If you have enough body fat, not only can you comfortably fall asleep on your back (strongly not advised) but one could eat an ice cream sundae off of their stomache as well.

  5. You can as long as you look up.If you are a gutsy person and want to try i would get something to stop the water going up your nose.+ try to keep a good past at breathing.so you can float better.

  6. I don't think u can
