Can you smoke bud and take suboxone?

I am going to begin my first steps in taking control of my pill addiction and am starting a new medication called suboxone and want to know if it will some how not let me enjoy smoking my buds.....cause there's nothing wrong with bud and I have a medical lisense for it.Cause I broke my neck in 2004 and live in chronic pain.

  1. guest19 is a douche-bag, you can smoke bud and be on sub-ox, the only thing you have to worry about is the person Rx-in you the subox. subox is a highly controlled drug and is prescribed as such. most Md's drug test periodically who Rx it and if you are smoking pot they will stop treating you. but if they dont mind then its OK. smoking bud itself while on suboxone wont have any interactions, and wont increase cravings, at least physically, none can attest for your mental standpoint on cravings. however while going through the process of withdrawal from opiates and taking subox smoking pot has been recommended by many doctors who recognize the value of marijuana. when it comes down to it the decision is up to you.......
