Can you smoke marijuana in the United Nations?

If it was a norm in your home country. I worked there and people smoked indoors (tobacco)

so long as it is not on US soil it would be up to the Guest Contry in their respective Consulates and embassies

in the UN it is Illegal

I guess it would depend on if the UN is considered to be part of the US or international.  I don't know of any country where it is legal, however, so the question may be moot.  In Holland, it is not legal, it is decriminalized and the police and government chose to look the other way.
