  1. Hahaha! The military doesn't care!

    UCMJ says no.

Your military contract totally trumps the fact that you live in a MM state.

If you want to smoke it, get out of the military.

  2. You won't be allowed in the service if you require that kind of treatment.  Also, the U.S. military is exempt from the Americans with Disabilities Act.

  3. If you need medical weed, the military won't take you anyway.

  4. No soup for you. When you get caught you will be kicked out and then  you can blaze it all night long..

  5. I would have laughed your *** out of my Air Force if you tried that.

  6. I will give you the sensible answer instead of laughing you off like all the other people did. No, you can not use marijuana in the military under any circumstances. Under Article 112a, Illicit drug use is unacceptable under any conditions in the United States military. It explicitly states the drugs in clause(1)- opium, heroin, cocaine, amphetamine, lysergic acid diethylamide, methamphetamine, phencyclidine, barbituric acid, and marijuana, and any compound or derivative of any such substance. It also includes two other clause's which can add anything not mentioned in the UCMJ, but regulated under civilian laws.

If you are injured, a doctor may prescribe you pain medication, but that's about as far as it goes with regards to drugs(aside from alcohol when you are 21 and not on duty). Being intoxicated on any substance while on duty is in violation of the UCMJ. Some drugs such as Sativa are unregulated(except in the Air Force), so technically you could do it, but I doubt any command would approve of it.

Understand that when you are in the Armed Forces, you not only have to obey all civilian laws, but your also held accountable under all rules and regulations of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ). All active duty personnel and other specified groups have to oblige by it at all time. National Guard and Reserve counterparts are a little more complicated with regard to adherence to the UCMJ, as is elaborated in the first paragraph of the wiki source I have attached. However, they still get drug tested on a regular basis, and are therefore not allowed to divulge in such behavior. There is a strict zero tolerance policy for drug use, and if found guilty, you will be given a dishonorable discharge or fired(if civilian).

The UCMJ is very thorough and dry, it also includes Article 134, which can be used to punish any military personnel for anything not mentioned in the context. Like another person said, if you have any medical condition in which marijuana can be legally prescribed in California, your probably not fit to serve in the first place.

  7.   It is STILL a violation of federal law, no matter what they say in California so no.

  8. You can't GET into the military with a medical-anything.

  9. I think they should just go ahead and legalize that **** cause this is getting ridiculous.  Who the **** hasn't smoke weed anyway?  Seriously lol And if you really haven't...you're missing out.

USAF Wife (LMFAO)  Aint that some ****.

  10. nope....

  11. No ! you are an idiot.  Is this a serious question ?

  12. You're funny, it's a controlled substance and is therefore illegal.

  13. Absolutely not.  Besides if you "actually" qualify for the card (pursuant to the laws in California which I strongly support) then you would not be physically qualified to join anyway.

  14. 1. Any syndrome, illness or disease that would warrant that BOGUS marijuana card in Calie would prohibit you from getting into the military.

    2. NO, marijuana use by military members is prohibited by the Uniformed Code of Military Justice (UCMJ)  Article 112a,10 USC 112a Titled "Article 112a wrongful use, possession, etc., of controlled substances".

  15. If you're sick enough to need "medical" marijuana, you probably won't pass the entrance physical.

  16. No dude, no.

  17. if you have a medical problem that your doctor feels you need weed for, then the military probably won't take you.
