  1. Im 280 pounds and it hurts like h**l on my first try. Lose weight than try it. Make sure to buy padded gear for your bottom (behind), also gloves with good wrist support would help too. Getting up when falling will suck, train with sit ups and practice balance at home. I would also recommend training your calves because you will be using them to help support you most of the time.
