I know with my sirius radio, once it's been broken you need a new one, but my friend at work has XM and his antenna wire snapped in two. Any help or MacGyver fixes would be appreciated.

  1. You are better off to get a new one. Sites like Amazon.com and xmfanstore.com  will let you just buy an antenna.

    Home Antenna- http://store.xmfanstore.com/homeantenna....

    Car Antenna- http://store.xmfanstore.com/roadyant.htm...

Ebay would also have a cheap replacement.

  2. I don't think so .The one I have plugs into the radio . You might be able to order just the antenna . They have a website .

  3. The way the antenna and the coax are , you basically need a new one.... You can stick a wire and it'll work but to get the performance.. he needs a new antenna
