  1. You most certainly cannot learn to drive anywhere other than on privately owned land

There are driving schools who use race tracks  etc and offer training to people under the minimum age. (Using normal cars rather than race cars!)

  2. many a ride-on lawnmower has been someones first real tutor in driving. you typically can't drive even supervised without a learners permit, which in my state you can't get till 16 years old.

  3. Legally you have to be 16 with a licensed driver in the car but if you can get someone to take you somewhere on the DL any age works. I took my 13yr old sister driving and she did pretty good once she got used to the peddles.

  4. YEA UR DAD SHOULD NO THAT

  5. If you are in UK you cannot drive on a public road if you are under 17.  If you can find some private ground dad can teach you on that but not much point as you cannot get a licence until you are 17.

  6. On private land, you can drive at any age.

On public roads, it depends on what state you live in.  Some allow 15 year olds to have at least a learner's permit, while others do not.

  7. yes u can but not on a public highyway or carpark..only on private property with the owners permision...

  8. If you have your own land then you can drive at any age - my boyfriend learnt when he was seven!

If not, then you must be seventeen and have a provisional licence.  (UK)

  9. You have to be 17 years old to apply for a provisional license, on private land you can drive at any age

  10. as far as im aware if ur dad takes ur to public grounds u can drive his car ...

  11. To drive on the road you need to be 17 and have a provisional licence.

If you are on private land you can drive at any age. This is where its handy to live on a farm.

  12. 16 legally, but you can do off road driving at 15 with an instructor

  13. On private land, you can learn at any age.

I started driving a tractor and a basher car around on a property we lived on when I was 12.

If you want to drive on the road, you can only drive when the law allows it, and if you have the appropriate licence.

You may find it helpful to go to a large carpark after the shop closes, and try driving around in there with your Dad. Its also good to practice parking, reversing and things like that. If you have your Dad with you, and you arent creating a nuisance, I dont think you would get in trouble if the police came.

  14. u can start anytime u want there are little 7 yr olds who just drive in their backyard

  15. YOU DO NOT SAY COUNTRY

    U.K

    ONLY ON PRIVATE GROUNDS

    UNTIL

MINIMUM 17 AND ONLY WHEN YOU HOLD THE LICENCE

  16. I THINK YOU CAN START PRACTICING AS LONG AS IT'S NOT ON A BUISY ROAD I STARTED PRACTICING ON THE BACKROADS IN MY AREA WHEN I WAS TWELVE

  17. not if you mane behind the wheel/driving, you cant do that until your 17 and have gotten yourself a provisional licence, its illegal otherwise.

you can start to study the therory at any age though.
