  1. I would imagine so.   think about the biology of it.  all the tubal does is stop the ovaries egg from reaching the uterus which makes the woman unable to get fertalization.  you still have periods and menstrual linings.  You should be able to house an IV embryo.

Yes, you can be a gestational surrogate if you've had your tubes tied.  In gestational surrogacy, an embryo conceived from another woman's egg (generally the intended mother) and a man's sperm (generally the intended father) is implanted into the surrogate's uterus.  Having had your tubes tied doesn't have any effect on that.

    Traditional surrogates also donate their eggs, generally conceiving through artificial insemination, so in that case, having the tubes tied would be an issue.  Traditional surrogacy is much less common, though, anyhow.
