Can you still be an organ donor if you have been on long term medication for epilepsy (20 years)?

I would think so, although there may be some limitations as to what can be donated. I can't see how medication might affect your corneas for example, but may well affect kidneys, liver etc.

I would expect it will depend exactly upon the medication and the only person who will really know is your GP. Phone the surgery and ask them.
