Yes you can, but for the price you wouldn't want to drink it.  I have seen it on and off for the last few months on ebay.  I would assume other online auction houses have Pepsi Blue from time to time, but there is no sure way to find it anymore.  It was actually my favorite soda that I have ever had.  In Mountain Dew's three new flavors, the blue one has a similarity to Pepsi Blue, but it still isn't quite the same.  It was discontinued by Pepsi, I am guessing because of lack of sales.
