Can you still buy pogs/slammers new?

I just found a ton of slammers from my younger days and was sad to find that a slammer I loved back then is missing. I know it sounds stupid but do they even still make these things? and if so can you buy them at your local comic book shop?

I bet you could find them at an extremely nerdy comic shop! lol I freakin loved those things!  God, I want to go dig mine out and take them to work and challenge people!!

man, i remember those days. i used to have a bunch of those things. i always loved the slammers, they felt worth buying. loved the pictures on the pogs too. but, i dont kow if they still have them i wouldnt think so.
