You can't buy real ones anywhere, they quit making them years ago. Any you find, espescially in a place like Tiajuana, will be bootlegs and potentially very dangerous. Stick to the tequila.

I think you can buy almost anything in Mexico. As for the price, you will have to take that up with the store selling it.
