  2. No but The Wee Red Book is in the shops at £3.50. The first one I bought was 6d in 1968

  4. Yes, they have them next to the newspapers in Asda and Tesco.

Sure,second hand junk stores all over China sell it,although over the Mao era there were several Little Red Books that all look the same from the cover.The one you really want if you want one that has any value is the one that was a compulsory possession for all comrades during The Cultural Revolution.This can also be found but may take a bit of searching,and of course you have to be able to identify it.
