Yes, you can, but they've become a lot more restrictive since people have been vandalizing their articles.

Yes, but because of the vandalism of pages by some boneheads, Wikipedia now makes you practically go through an act of Congress to edit a page.

It's gotten to the point that it's almost not worth trying to work with it (Wikipedia)

Do you mean copy it...or copy a link? Why not? I've never heard anything about it. If it wasn't ok..I'm sure they wouldn't keep letting us do it. It just wouldn't copy.
