Can you still fix someones papers if....?

You have been married for 10 years and fixed that persons papers and now you have a new relationship of five years and you want to fix his papers and plus you have children from this new relationship can you fix his papers?

  1. I do not understand your question very well.  Are you in the USA?  You were/are married to someone for 10 years?  Now you are in relationship (not married) with someone for 5 years and have children together?  What do you mean by fix papers? I need more detailed explanation.

If you are a US citizen, and have divorced from your first spouse who wasn't a US citizen or permanent resident (before you met him), and you have found a new man who isn't a US citizen or a Permanent resident (before you met him), USCIS is going to look extra hard at your application for permanent residency, to make sure the marriage is legit.  But it is possible, and any children he has can be granted permanent residency with him, if they are added to the application, presuming he has custody of them (they'll be living with you and him) and not their mother.  

  3. If the person is illegal he needs to return to his own country before captured and deported.  If you are still married to the first person, there is nothing you can do.  Anchor babies are of no help at all.
