  1. probrably not but u will probrably get a parking ticket becuz itz not really a parking space


  2. Yes you can, this is just like parking on a red fire line or next to a fire hydrant.....that white line is considered off limits because that handicap person needs that extra room to get in and out of their vehicle.

  3. Yes, that is a no-parking area that this reserved for use for handicapped placarded drivers to load/unload.  It is still considered part of the handicapped parking area.

  4. i wouldn't think so but if you parked your car far enough over that would prevent someone from parking there then it could be conceived as if you were parking there.
