Can you still make tasers out of disposible cameras?

ok i remember back in the day where we would make disposible cameras into a type of stun gun and they hurt like heck and left a mark well i'm wondering do they still make them that way or are there safety features and all that stuff so that they cant do those again so is it possible to make a stun gun out of a disposible camera in the modern times

yes, absolutely but you need one with a flash.
