The hymen is just a very thin layer of skin. Once it's torn or broken there's no getting it back. But don't worry, it's not a big deal. Most girls break it before ever having s*x or masturbating. Now that it is torn you'll find it easier to m********e if you insert anything. The hymen can keep things from entering and is usually painful when pushed on. So masturbation should be more pleasurable, and chances are you won't feel pain during your first time having s*x. I know my hymen was broken when I first had s*x and I actually found it enjoyable. Most girls will experience pain when losing their virginity, but the hymen is usually the cause.

As for your second question, I'm not positive of what you're asking. You should have two pairs of lips or labia, and outer and inner pair. The outer pair are usually just like little lumps of fat and the inner ones actually begin at the bottom of the clitoris. Try using a mirror to examine yourself down there. Of course you can.   It won't affect anything at all, except that it'll make it easier to put something (like fingers, a d***o or whatever) inside your v****a if you'd like to do that.

People who talk about getting it stitched don't know anything about human beings, and they think that an unbroken hymen is "proof" that a girl is a virgin.  It isn't: all kinds of things can tear a hymen, and most girls have torn or stretched theirs in one way or another *long* before they ever have s*x for the first time.
