Can you still recieve mail under a pen name?

Someone wants to do a penpal-ing with me but I don't feel like giving out my real name :0

Would I still recieve the letter under a pen name but with correct mailing address?

  1. Depends on your postman. When i moved to Florida and stayed with my in-laws, the postman had my mail returned to sender since I wasn't on their mailing address. What you are doing makes no sense since your address could be searched online and get the info.


  2. Of course. As long as the address is accurate, you can go by any name that you want. I send things to my parents all time and just write "Mom" or "Dad" and not their real names. As long as it's your mailbox, it's your mail. Just remember the name you're using so that you don't think it was put in the wrong box :)
