Retired now driving only once a week .

Sure.  In fact, I can do it for 3 days.  My car is in the shop having new brake calipers and an alternator put on.  I have no choice.  Anyone out there who says they CAN'T do it is either lying or not thinking very hard.

               Car pool, bicycle, bus,walk, etc.  I!m sure you will find a way if you are determined not you use your vehicle once a week.

i use my car for five days a week and it sits in the driveway for two days a week.
