  1. You can strenthen your bladder by holding your urine as long as you can, then release it. This will allow your bladder to strengthen and stretch, allowing you to hold more water. Hope this helps.

  4. Consult with a doctor...but I think you can if you cant hold it, practice holding it, how old are you, do you wet the bed? if yu do then dont drink before bed...hope that helps.

Thats the thing you do when you hold your pee. tighten that muscle.just do that and hold it for like 10 seconds then release do that maybe like 20 time everyday then try tighting and releasing as many times as you can in one minute do that for like 10 minutes. hope that helps
