If your school offers a study abroad program in Hong Kong, you could apply for that.  Even if your school doesn't have a program in Hong Kong, you can research universities in Hong Kong and see if their credits transfer to your school.  After you've picked a specific university in Hong Kong, you can contact their admissions office and they'll give you more specific information.  I'd recommend Hong Kong University because the official language of instruction is English.  One of my friends studied finance at HKU and really liked it.

    I haven't been to Hong Kong, but I did a foreign study program in Beijing this fall.  There was a big culture shock for the students who had never been there, but everyone really liked it.  If you're interested in learning Chinese, studying abroad is amazing because even when you're not studying all you see is Chinese and you learn the language much faster.
