  1. I believe there are, I am actually wanting to do the exact same thing.  I have not done it, so I can only offer you what I have learned from a lot of internet research.

Theres something called TEFL , which means Teaching English as a Foreign Language. It seems that you can take this course online or in a different country, in order to qualify to teach. I do not know the specifics, but it is worth looking up.

Some programs will want some undergraduate education, so you will have to see how you can sneak around that.

Below I have the urls of some teaching certification programs I found.

Also there are internship programs abroad, as well as gap-year jobs abroad.  If you have no ties to the country and a limited education, it would probably be best to go through a program so that they can fix you up with a job once you have completed their training or certification.

If you actually wanted to study abroad, like, four years of American education but in a different country, there are actually U.S College campuses in various parts of Europe.  They are ran just like an American College, but in a different setting. So far I have  found two U.S colleges with sister campuses in Spain and Italy. Still they are a bit pricey, about 7-9 thousand a semester...about 20-22 thousand a year (just in tuition). But the upper league colleges of the U.S can cost around the same. You enroll in these schools as you would at any other American college. In Latin America, I haven't found any yet.

And of course, if you are 18-19, you still qualify with most student exchange programs to live abroad and go to a local high school for a year! I came back two months ago from Chile after spending my junior year there.

Hope you find what you're looking for!
