Can you submit a new claim to someone if you have settled with that same person.

My engine blew and it was under warranty but the car manufacturer would not cover the warranty, we settled for money for a new engine but now you can not get an engine because the manufacturer have to redesign the engines. Can you submit a new claim?

You can try, get an attorney, go the pain and suffering route. This incident has given you insomnia, hemorrhoids and, for good measure, made you impotent. Should be good for 10-20 grand.
