    Rice flour (also called mochiko,[1] in Japanese) is a form of flour made from finely milled rice.


  2. I would say it depends on what you are making. If you are making mochi, then I wouldn't suggest it. Other wise, then yes, it should be fine.

  3. But it also tends to be a sweet glutinous rice flour used for dumplings, mochi candies or festival sweets, if your making noodles or thickening foods it is fine or rolling thing in then fine.
