  1. how about you stop being ungrateful and be thankful that your father has given you a cell phone?

  2. I did that with with my sprint samsung phone to get one that worked better ..They just gave me a refurbished one, but my moms head phone jack didn't work on her phone, and there were none in stock because it was discontinued nor could they repair it 'cause they're to ill-qualified and lazy ,so they gave her a really nice credit for a new phone.

  3. Insurance does not cover phones that you break on purpose.  Insurance covers only things that happen without your consent, such as theft, accidents, etc.  You are entitled to no replacement phone, not even the "insurance phone" if you break it yourself on purpose.

  4. When you file under the insurance - you don't get a new phone.

You get a re-manufactured phone.  A used phone that has been fixed up. It is the same make as the one you broke. They mail it to you. You don't pick it up in the store.

You also have a deductible that you have to pay.
