  1. That is disgusting! I would say you could sue them. There was this story(which is true all the way), that somebody sued McDonalds, because they spilt their coffee and it burned them, and there wasn't a sign on the cup saying: caution hot.

So, I think you most surely could. But it would be a hassle, because you would spend money on attorneys and lawyers and stuff. So I don't think it's worth it.

  2. i think sueing is kind of overreacting it mightjust be a weird looking chicken.  mayb  u should talk 2 the manager or something.

  3. uhhh gross

but you are only 16, so no . you cant sue

  4. That is really gross!! I am not sure if you would be able to sue them though because it may hard to prove at this point that it was their fault. I would call and speak to them about it though.

  5. There is not much you can do especially if you did not call the restaurant first and at least try to get  a refund. If they refuse then you could call the better business  bureau but I mean is it really worth it? If I were you I would just tell everyone you know what happened. I mean word of mouth is the best advertisement or hinderest for a place.

  6. I don't know anything about the sueing stuff but I can tell you how to choose a best answer. You have to wait 4 hours after you've asked your question then in blue "Choose a best answer" will be under all the answers. You click "best answer" under the answer you like and you go from there. But sorry I couldn't help you on the other part. I wouldn't know what I was talking about and didn't wanna steer you wrong...but look luck with that, man.

  7. Don't be so sue happy! First of all, you're 16 so no, you can't sue anyone, technically you don't even have rights. Also, since you did not inspect the pizza before the delivery guy left, it's going to be really hard for you to prove what you say happened. Since the damages are really minimal it's unlikely you would ever see a judge.

You're more likely to get somewhere by contacting the BBB, but first why don't you try calling the pizza place and give them a chance to make it up to you.

  8. well i think sueing them is a bit drastic but if you did u would have to get a lawyer and they can be pricey just go back in there and either demand a refund or order 1 of everything on the menu and when they ask  them for the money slam the chicken on the counter and walk out

  9. You probably could, but honestly it's really not worth it.

It's really a big hassel, not to mention the costs of hiring an atourney. Chances are they won't make a big deal about it and you would have ended up wasting thousands of dollars.

I'd say report them to Health and Human Services or the Better Buisiness Beuro and just stop eating there. Let the manager know what happened so he can be more aware of what the workers are doing.

Sorry that happened to you though, that's really sick. =/
