  1. Was there a clause outlining the consequences of a breached contract that both parties agreed to?  Then yes.


  2. If they signed a contract with you, yes, it is binding even if you/they are not registered.

  3. Oh yea. As long as the contract was notarized when it was signed. A lawer will let you know a ballpark number of a settlement

  4. No offense, but part of the reason our country is screwed up is that everyone wants to sue everyone else for every little thing.

    If you actually suffered physical harm to your child or obvious and substantial financial harm, then fine - sue.  But otherwise, resolve your problem without sueing and if you can't, l**k your wounds and walk away.


  5. A contract is a binding agreement.  You can certainly sue someone for breach of a contract.  Proper registration of a business is another matter, really.  I am unclear as to whom breached (them) and who has the unregistered daycare (you?).
