  1. If you're getting your money back, you can't sue.

  2. yes

  3. Have you received your $200 back?  If so, then no.  If no, then you can only sue for the $200 and court cost.

BUT, you need PHYSICAL proof that they informed you that the paperwork was wrong, you paid the $200, and they informed you that you would get the money back.

If you do not have any proof, then you are waisting your time, money, and the court's time!

  4. Technically, No

What im about to tell you is mind blowing...

Again, technically, bad paperwork, even not the fault of your own doing is believe it or not, your responsibility.

i don't know how on earth you would held accountable for something they screwed up, but its true, Ive been down this road!

  5. Most of the time you can sue for almost anything. But if you owed the money anyway then you should not be able to sue.

  6. if you can prove that you were charged a late fee for not paying the house or car payment and that money you sent to the court was to be used for the  payments, then the court would reimbursed you for the late fees if any.

  7. They can pull you over and give you a ticket for reckless driving.
