I'm going to the book store today and want to get a book on being a better dad. What would you suggest? My daughter is ten years old.

The best book I ever read , hands down, on parenting with safety.

The book really changed the way that I see my role in the parent/child relationship - from that of someone who is controlling the kids & what they learn, to that of someone who is helping the kids to learn how to make their own decisions in life.

try to look for something from a nanny. I know that Supernanny has one, and it's just amazing. Good luck

I don't know all the titles but an excellent author is Edwin Louis Cole. He covers many subjects on being a better father and a better man.
